About
As Singapore tendered her bid to host the 2010 Youth Olympic Games, I wondered to myself what I could do to be a part of this effort to make the local sports scene more vibrant. Thus, this project was born. Never mind if we didn’t achieve GOAL 2010, now we got SYOG2010!

Who are we?
We are a not-for-profit and non-governmental campaign to spearhead an online effort to show the support for Singapore’s bid for the 2010 Youth Olympic Games. It is set up and run by a few good men, with the one aim to uniting Singaporean bloggers and site-owners to support the Singapore bid.
How can I help?
You can help by registering with us first. Why register you might ask? This is to provide accountability and legitimacy in an event of an audit to prevent ghost sites and emails from supporting the cause, and intentionally inflating the numbers. We want to have a clear and transparent system to show real support, not by plugging big numbers in and making everyone happy.
After that you can help by linking in to our page, and putting the ‘Support Singapore’s Bid’ banner on your website to show your support. We will (or will try) to hold contests to make this effort a communal one, to allow everyone to participate in this show of support. **We are currently looking for some prize sponsors! -grin-
If you have any questions, maybe the Frequently Asked Questions page will help.
